Holly Spurrett Yoga

Join me for an evening of yoga magic in the beautiful yurt nestled amongst the serene hills overlooking the Wittenham Clumps.

We will begin with seasonally inspired meditation & breathwork followed by an earthing yin-restorepractice incorporating traditional Chinese medicine principles relating to the organ and muscle associations of the Autumn.

We will enjoy a short break for some warming spiced herbal tea and healthy homemade snacks. 

Then get ready to cosy up for Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) to help you deeply restore & surrender before being taken on a sound journey of crystal bowls, tingsha bells, rainmakers & chimes where you can simply drift into sweet savasana dreams.
